The check valve with shut-off function zGLO Fig. 215C is a device combining the functions of a check valve and a shut-off valve. It provides effective protection against reverse flow of the medium while also enabling complete isolation of the supply. This solution is ideal wherever both prevention of fluid backflow and manual flow shut-off are required.

This valve features a spring-free floating disc design, ensuring smooth operation and extended service life. Constructed from high-quality materials — stainless steel (disc, stem, and body ring) and ductile iron (body) — it guarantees excellent resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage.

Construction and Applications

zGLO Fig. 215C check valves with shut-off function are characterized by smooth cylindrical sealing surfaces located outside the threaded area of the nut securing the handwheel on the stem. This design, combined with precision-machined internal components, ensures a high level of tightness (Class A per EN 12266-1). Designed for use in various industrial and building installations requiring reliable protection against backflow and the ability to isolate the medium supply.

The valve features flanged connections with nominal diameter DN32 and pressure rating PN25, making it compatible with a wide range of systems. The body, made of ductile iron EN-GJS-400-18-LT, ensures strength and resistance to high pressures. Maximum operating temperature: 350°C.
