Gate valve GLO Fig. 215 DN250 PN16, gray cast iron EN-GJL-250, design: 43, swing check, loose mushroom without spring, stem, mushroom and body ring – bronze 215A250C43
The ZGLO Fig. 215 shut-off valve is a reliable solution for isolating medium flow in various installations. Manufactured from high-quality gray cast iron EN-GJL-250, it ensures durability and corrosion resistance. The swing-check design, featuring a spring-free floating disc, guarantees effective protection against medium backflow. The stem, disc, and body ring are made of bronze, ensuring smooth operation and long service life.
This valve is suitable for hot and cold water, cooling systems, steam lines, industrial processes, district heating, and power generation applications. It is designed to handle media such as water, steam, compressed air, oil, and glycol. With a pressure rating of PN 16 and nominal diameter DN 250, it is ideal for medium- to high-flow installations. It is compatible with flanges drilled according to EN 1092-2 for body material A and has a face-to-face dimension compliant with EN 558-1 Series 1.
The valve complies with the Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC and bears the CE marking (for DN 32), confirming its safety and conformity with European standards. High sealing performance (Class A per EN 12266-1), along with testing and inspections conducted in accordance with EN 12266-1, ensures long-term, leak-free operation. An additional advantage is that the product’s technical data is integrated into popular engineering software libraries such as Instal-therm, Instal-san, Audytor C.O. 3.8, and Audytor H2O 1.5—facilitating design and selection for specific application needs.
