Gate valve with flange Fig. 215C, DN80 PN25, ductile iron, execution: 01, stem-to-disc connection - disconnectable - screw, stem, disc and body ring - stainless steel 215C080D01
Gate valve with GLO Fig. 215C is a reliable solution for various installations, from water systems to industrial technologies. Made of durable spheroidal graphite cast iron, it ensures long-lasting and safe operation. This model, with a diameter of DN80 and a nominal pressure of PN25, is characterized by a high degree of tightness class A (according to EN 12266-1), which minimizes the risk of leaks and ensures optimal system performance.
The valve is designed for versatility – it is perfect for hot water, cold water and cooling installations, as well as steam systems, district heating and energy production. The construction with a detachable stem-disc connection (fastened with a screw) and steel internal elements (stem, disc and body ring) guarantees durability and corrosion resistance. This makes the valve particularly recommended for applications requiring high reliability and a long service life.
- Durable construction: The body made of spheroidal graphite cast iron provides resistance to high pressures and temperatures.
- High tightness: Tightness class A guarantees minimal medium loss and safe operation.
- Versatile application: Ideal for water, steam, district heating and industrial technology installations.
- Durable internal elements: Stainless steel stem, disc and body ring provide corrosion resistance and long life.
- Compliance with standards: The valve meets the requirements of the pressure equipment directive 97/23/EC and has passed tests and examinations in accordance with EN 12266-1.
- Software compatibility: Valve technical data is available in popular libraries of calculation programs (Instal-therm, Instal-san, Audytor C.O. 3.8, Audytor H2O 1.5), which facilitates installation design.
The valve has flanges drilled according to EN 1092-2 standard for material A and installation length according to EN 558-1 series 1. This ensures easy installation and integration with existing piping systems. Thanks to its construction, the valve can be mounted in any working position, which further increases its flexibility and range of applications. The maximum operating temperature is 350°C for selected versions.
