Gate Valve – Reliable Flow Control
The gate valve made of gray cast iron, with a nominal diameter DN300 and pressure class PN16, is a robust solution for diverse installations. Manufactured from high-quality materials, it ensures durability and efficient operation under demanding conditions. The design features a detachable stem-to-body connection (threaded) and stainless steel internal components (stem, disc, body ring), guaranteeing reliability and long service life. The PTFE disc seal further enhances flow shut-off effectiveness.
This valve is suitable for hot and cold water, cooling systems, steam systems, industrial processes, district heating, and power generation. It complies with the Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC and carries CE marking for diameters from DN32 upwards. Thanks to its high leakage class (A per EN 12266-1), it minimizes leakage risk and ensures safe operation. The flanges are machined in accordance with EN 1092-2 for body material group A, and the face-to-face dimension conforms to Series 1 per EN 558-1.
Materials and Design for Demanding Applications
The valve body is manufactured from gray cast iron EN-GJL-250, providing excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. Internal components – stem, disc, and body ring – are made of stainless steel, ensuring durability even in aggressive environments. The detachable (threaded) stem-to-disc connection simplifies maintenance and seal replacement without requiring full valve disassembly. The PTFE disc seal ensures superior sealing and minimizes operating torque.
This valve is compatible with popular calculation programs such as Instal-therm, Instal-san, Audytor C.O. 3.8, and Audytor H2O 1.5, facilitating design and selection for specific requirements. It has passed testing and certification in accordance with EN 12266-1, confirming compliance with the highest safety and quality standards.
