Construction and materials

The key feature of this valve is its construction. The body, made of ductile iron EN GJS-400, guarantees strength and resistance to high pressures. The stem-to-bonnet connection is detachable—secured by a screw—facilitating servicing and component replacement. The stem, control plug, and body ring are made of stainless steel, ensuring resistance to aggressive media and corrosion. The absence of an opening indicator simplifies the design and minimizes failure risk.

The valve features unidirectional flow under the plug and manual control via a handwheel, enabling precise regulation of the medium flow. Designation 71 indicates that all internal components are made of stainless steel, enhancing durability and corrosion resistance under demanding operating conditions.
