Design and Materials – Guarantee of Leak-tightness and Durability
This valve features a high level of leak-tightness (Class A per EN 12266-1), minimizing leakage risk and ensuring safe operation. The body is made of ductile iron EN-GJS-400-18-LT, offering high mechanical strength and excellent corrosion resistance. The stem-to-mushroom connection is detachable and secured with a screw, facilitating maintenance and component replacement. The stem is made of brass, while the mushroom and seat ring are made of bronze, ensuring smooth operation and extended service life. Flanges are machined in accordance with EN 1092-2 for body material group A, and the face-to-face dimension complies with Series 1 per EN 558-1.
