This shut-off valve, model ZGLO Fig. 215C, with DN15 and PN16 pressure rating, is a robust solution for diverse applications. Manufactured from ductile iron EN-GJS-400-18-LT, it ensures durability and corrosion resistance. The design features a detachable stem-to-disc connection (screwed type), facilitating easy servicing and maintenance.

Design and Materials

The valve features a well-engineered construction. Flanges are machined in compliance with EN 1092-2 for body material group A, and the face-to-face dimension conforms to Series 1 per EN 558-1. The combination of a brass stem, bronze disc, and body ring ensures corrosion resistance and long-term performance. Design code 02 indicates a specific detachable stem-to-disc configuration secured by a screw.
