Shut-off valve zGLO Fig. 215C, DN20 PN25, ductile iron, construction: 01, stem-to-bonnet connection – detachable – screw thread, stem, bonnet, and body ring – stainless steel 215C020D01
The ZGLO Fig. 215C shut-off valve is a reliable solution for isolating medium flow in various installations. Manufactured from high-quality ductile iron, it ensures durability and corrosion resistance. This model, with a nominal diameter DN20 and nominal pressure PN25, is designed for use with water, steam, compressed air, oil, glycol, and glycerin.
The valve design features a stem connected to a detachable mushroom via a screw. The stem, mushroom, and body ring are made of stainless steel—ensuring resistance to aggressive media and long service life. Flow direction is under the mushroom. The valve complies with the Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC and carries CE marking for diameters from DN32. It has passed tests and inspections in accordance with EN 12266-1, and its flanges are drilled in compliance with EN 1092-2 for body material group A. The face-to-face dimension conforms to EN 558-1 Series 1.
This valve is suitable for hot and cold water, cooling, steam, and industrial process systems, as well as for district heating and power generation applications. Thanks to its high tightness (Class A per EN 12266-1), it minimizes leakage risks and ensures safe system operation. It is compatible with popular calculation programs such as Instal-therm, Instal-san, Audytor C.O. 3.8, and Audytor H2O 1.5—facilitating design and component selection.
- Durability and corrosion resistance: Body made of ductile iron (EN GJS-400) ensures mechanical strength and corrosion resistance.
- High tightness: Tightness Class A (EN 12266-1) guarantees minimal medium loss and safe system operation.
- Chemical resistance: Stainless steel components ensure compatibility with a wide range of working media.
- Standards compliance: Meets requirements of the Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC and European standards (EN).
- Software compatibility: Technical data is available in calculation program libraries to simplify installation design.
- Wide application: Ideal for water, steam, industrial, district heating, and power generation systems.
This valve is a robust choice for professional installers seeking a reliable component for their projects, as well as for end-users who value safety and long-term system performance in heating or industrial applications.
