Shut-off valve zGLO Fig. 215C, DN25 PN16, ductile iron EN-GJS-400-18-LT, construction: 31, check and shut-off, loose disc with spring, stem, disc and body ring – stainless steel 215C025C31
The zGLO Fig. 215C shut-off valve is a reliable solution for diverse applications, from water and heating systems to industrial installations. Manufactured from ductile iron EN-GJS-400-18-LT, it offers high strength and excellent corrosion resistance. This model, in version 31, is a check-shut-off valve equipped with a spring-loaded loose disc and internal components—stem, disc, and body shell—made of stainless steel. This design ensures long-term, trouble-free operation under demanding conditions.
Features and Applications
This valve is suitable for hot and cold water, cooling systems, steam systems, industrial processes, district heating, and power generation. It is designed for operation at a maximum working pressure of 16 bar and nominal pressure PN 16. Thanks to its high tightness (Class A per EN 12266-1) and compliance with the Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC (CE marking for DN 32), it guarantees safe and efficient system performance. The valve design has been tested and complies with EN 12266-1. Flanges are machined according to EN 1092-2 for body material group A, and the face-to-face dimension conforms to Series 1 per EN 558-1.
Product Advantages
