Construction and properties

The patch cord is made in U/UTP technology, which means there is no shielding of individual wire pairs, but provides a solid construction with four twisted pairs of stranded wires. Polyethylene insulation protects the wires from damage, and the LSOH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) coating minimizes risk in the event of a fire – it reduces the emission of smoke and toxic gases, increasing the safety of people in the building. A length of 0.25m makes it ideal for short connections between devices, maintaining order in the cabling.

The Cat. 6A cable provides data transmission speeds of up to 10 Gbps (10 Gigabit Ethernet), making it an ideal solution for modern LAN, WAN and SAN networks.
