Construction and parameters

The patch cord features a U/UTP construction – unshielded twisted pair. This means there is no additional shielding around each pair of wires or around the entire cable. This construction reduces production costs but requires caution during installation – the cable should be routed away from sources of electromagnetic interference (electrical wires, motors, etc.).

Made with multi-strand conductors insulated with polyethylene, it provides flexibility and ease of installation. The outer PVC (polyvinyl chloride) coating is durable and resistant to mechanical damage. The black color makes it easy to identify the cable and ensures it blends well with most installations.
