Construction and application

The valve with a diameter of DN125 and a nominal pressure of PN16 is characterized by a short F4 construction, which facilitates installation and integration with existing infrastructure. The body and cover made of spheroidal graphite cast iron GJS-40 (GGG40) provide mechanical strength and resistance to atmospheric conditions. Additionally, an epoxy coating with a thickness of 250µm protects against corrosion, extending the life of the device. The stem made of stainless steel X20Cr13 (420) ensures smooth and reliable valve operation. Screws made of stainless steel A2-70 guarantee a durable connection of structural elements.

The valve is equipped with a soft wedge seal made of EPDM, which provides excellent sealing even at low working pressure. The patented double sealing design minimizes the risk of leaks and reduces the torque required to close the valve – only a small amount of rotation is needed to effectively cut off the flow. The lack of a handwheel makes the valve compact and easy to integrate with automatic actuators.
