This EcoValve wedge gate valve, made of ductile iron, is a robust solution for controlling the flow of drinking water, treated municipal wastewater, and other non-aggressive media. The short F4 design makes it ideal for installations where space saving is important. The valve is designed to operate at a nominal pressure of PN16 and a diameter of DN100.

Construction and materials – durability and resistance

The body and cover are made of high-quality ductile iron GGG40, which ensures resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage. Additional protection in the form of an epoxy coating with a thickness of 250µm increases resistance to external factors. The stem made of stainless steel X20Cr13 (420) guarantees reliable operation in harsh conditions. Screws made of stainless steel A2-70 ensure a durable and secure connection of the elements. The wedge seal made of EPDM ensures tightness and minimizes the risk of leaks.
