Lightning protection – freestanding mast for elevated down conductors

This 6000 mm high, four-legged freestanding mast is a key element of the lightning protection system. It serves to safely discharge atmospheric discharges from equipment and metal roof elements, minimizing the risk of damage and ensuring safety. The mast design allows for effective capture of direct electrical charge and directing it to the down conductor grid.

Design and application

The mast is available in two material versions: galvanized steel and aluminum, allowing it to be adapted to the specifics of the project and environmental conditions. The set includes all necessary mounting elements: aluminum needle, three concrete weights, mats, and a connector for the conductor. The base diameter is 1930 mm, and the recommended spacing between the mast and other installation elements is 10 meters. The mast is designed to operate in wind zones I, II and III.
