Lightning protection – freestanding mast

This freestanding mast, with a height of 3000 mm, is a key element of a lightning protection system. It is designed to protect buildings and equipment from the effects of direct lightning strikes, effectively conducting current to the ground through a network of down conductors. The tripod-based construction provides stability and reliability, and the option of aluminum or galvanized steel allows for adaptation to the specifics of the project and environmental conditions. Moreover, the mast connecting elements are able to transfer an impact current of up to 200kA – this is confirmed by the SEP - BBJ Lublin certificate. This is crucial for ensuring effective protection in the event of a direct lightning strike. The manufacturer – AH HARDT – also holds ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certificates, demonstrating the company's commitment to maintaining high quality standards and caring for the natural environment. The weight of the entire set is 76.3 kg and the anchoring diameter is 1040 mm. The mast is adapted to wind zones PL I, II and III.
