Construction and assembly – stability and safety
The mast is based on a concrete foundation with dimensions of 250x250x1000 mm and a weight of 100 kg, which guarantees its stability even in difficult weather conditions. The mast itself is made of hot-dip galvanized steel, which ensures corrosion resistance and durability. Assembly is carried out using four M16 screws (tightening torque 170-230 Nm), also made of galvanized steel. This construction minimizes the risk of damage caused by external factors and provides reliable protection for years.
Strength confirmed by calculations
The mast structure has been precisely calculated according to the Ultimate Limit States (ULS) with a safety factor of 1.4. This means that the mast is able to withstand strong wind gusts – up to 10°(B) – which allows it to be used in areas exposed to extreme weather conditions and in Class I lightning protection. This is crucial for ensuring the highest level of safety for the protected facilities.
