This F/UTP category 6 cable, designed for outdoor installations, is a solid solution for telecommunications networks and CCTV monitoring systems. Made of high-quality copper, with aluminum foil shielding, it ensures stable data transmission even in harsh weather conditions. The cable is supplied on a spool of 305 meters in length, which facilitates its transport and installation.

Construction and parameters

The cable features a 4x2x23 AWG construction, meaning four twisted pairs of copper conductors with a 23 AWG cross-section. These conductors are insulated with polyethylene, and the entire cable core is protected with a polyester-aluminum foil. Additionally, an earthing wire under the screen increases resistance to electromagnetic interference. The outer jacket made of polyethylene (PE) provides resistance to UV radiation and moisture, which is crucial in outdoor installations. A central plastic cross separating the individual pairs of conductors minimizes crosstalk, improving signal quality.

Application and compliance with standards

This cable is ideal for creating networks in places exposed to atmospheric factors – both in cable ducts and directly on building facades. It meets the fire reaction class Fca requirements according to EN 50575:2014 + A1:2016 and Regulation (EU) No 305/2011 (CPR), allowing its use in buildings without specific fire safety requirements and in outdoor installations. It supports data transmission speeds up to 1 Gb/s (up to 10 Gb/s on sections up to 55 meters) and is compatible with PoE+ technology (IEEE 802.3at). This allows you to power devices such as IP cameras or WiFi access points directly through the network cable.
