This Cat.6 U/UTP cable is a solid solution for computer network installations, both in residential and commercial buildings. Made of copper, with a stranded construction, it provides flexibility and ease of installation, and the Eca reaction to fire class guarantees safety. Ideal for creating patch cords and connecting devices such as computers, routers and CCTV cameras.

Construction and parameters for professionals

The cable features a 4x2x25/7 AWG construction, meaning four twisted pairs of conductors, each consisting of 7 thin copper wires. This construction provides better flexibility than traditional solid core cables, making it easier to route and connect. The absence of shielding on the pairs and a common shield (U/UTP) makes it suitable for installation in places with a low level of electromagnetic interference. A central cross-shaped separator reduces crosstalk between pairs, affecting the quality of data transmission.

Category 6 allows data transmission at speeds up to 1000 Mbps (Gigabit Ethernet), and thanks to backward compatibility with lower categories, it can be seamlessly connected to existing network infrastructure.
