The cable features a construction with loose tubes containing optical fibers, filled with a hydrophobic gel – which effectively protects against moisture. The use of 9/125 μm type OS2 single-mode fibers guarantees low signal loss and minimal dispersion, which translates into stable and fast data transmission.
