Screw-type hot water meter with flanged connection and IP65 protection

The MWN-130 NUBIS water meter is designed for measuring large flows of hot water at temperatures up to 130°C, with a maximum working pressure of 16 bar. Its construction is ideal for district heating networks, industrial installations, and multi-family buildings where reliability is required under high temperatures and large flow volumes – up to 1600 m³/h.

The painted cast iron body ensures resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage during installation and operation. The flanged connection enables safe and leak-tight piping integration – suitable for DN300, in accordance with PN-EN 1092-2 (PN16). The 500 mm length is adapted to standard mounting requirements in large-scale installations.

The six-dry-register counter with IP65 protection guards against dust and water jets – essential for installation in technical rooms or outdoors. The option to attach communication modules (M-Bus, radio, GSM) allows integration with remote reading systems (AMR) without replacing the device. Magnetic resistance complies with EN 14154-3 and EN-ISO 4064-2 – its operation cannot be influenced by external magnets.

Installation is possible both horizontally (counter facing up or sideways) and vertically (counter facing sideways). The R=100 ratio indicates a wide measuring range – from very low flows up to the maximum Q3=1600 m³/h, reducing the risk of measurement errors under variable system loads.

No special maintenance is required – it operates maintenance-free for years. Its construction contains no electronic components in the register, enhancing durability and resistance to environmental conditions.
