AF Armaflex is a high-quality, flexible insulation material with a closed-cell structure, designed for effective thermal and acoustic insulation. It is used in refrigeration, air conditioning, heating installations and in industry, preventing condensation and reducing energy losses. Thanks to the built-in MICROBAN® antibacterial protection, it limits the development of fungi and mold, which is particularly important in public buildings such as hospitals or schools.
Properties and Benefits
The material is characterized by an exceptionally low thermal conductivity (λ = 0.033 W/(m·K)) and a high water vapor diffusion resistance coefficient (µ = 10,000). This means effective protection against heat loss and condensation, which translates into energy savings and longer installation life. In addition, the flexibility of the material makes it easy to install even on complex shapes and installation elements. The self-adhesive version simplifies and speeds up installation work.

The material meets the requirements of PN-EN 14304 and has official quality control carried out by independent research institutes and notified bodies (GSH). The reaction to fire class B-s3, d0 ensures compliance with European building safety standards. The application temperature ranges from -50°C to +110°C (up to +85°C for flat surfaces).
