SteinWolle ALU insulation wrap is a proven way to reduce heat loss and limit noise in installations. Made of high-quality rock wool, covered with aluminum foil reinforced with a mesh, it provides reliable thermal protection for central heating, hot and cold water pipelines, and ventilation ducts. The product is available in sections 1 meter long and 30mm thick.

The wrap is used in both residential buildings and public and industrial facilities. Thanks to its insulating properties, it allows maintaining the optimal temperature of the medium in the pipelines, which translates into energy savings and comfort. Additionally, it provides effective acoustic insulation, reducing the noise of the flowing medium. The aluminum foil protects the rock wool from moisture and mechanical damage.

Safety and compliance with standards

SteinWolle ALU is characterized by a high fire resistance class A2L - s1, d0, which guarantees safety even in the event of a fire. The maximum temperature of the medium with which the wrap can be used is +250°C. Thermal conductivity λ is ≤ 0.037 W/(m·K) for wraps with a thickness of 20-40 mm. A self-adhesive tab facilitates installation and ensures the tightness of connections. The material of the wrap is rock wool – a proven insulator with excellent thermal and acoustic properties.
