Cable tray elbow – changes the direction of installation

This 45° elbow is designed to change the direction of cable routing in cable tray systems. Made of steel with a thickness of 1.0 mm, it ensures a solid and durable connection. The BAKS KKMJ100H60 product is compatible with trays with a width and height of 100 mm and 60 mm, respectively, guaranteeing a precise fit to the existing infrastructure.

This elbow is not only a connecting element, but also an important component ensuring the safety of the installation. It performs the function of E-90, which means it can be used in systems requiring fire resistance. Materials and workmanship

The elbow is available in various material versions, tailored to specific needs:

• Zinc-coated steel met. Sendzimira PN-EN 10346:2015-09 (S): Standard finish providing good corrosion protection.
• Hot-dip galvanized steel PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02 (F): Higher corrosion resistance, ideal for outdoor or aggressive environments.
• Stainless steel (E): Highest corrosion resistance, dedicated to the most demanding applications.
• Powder coating in standard RAL palette (L): Possibility to match the color to the surroundings or project requirements.

The elbow is mounted using SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws, which ensures quick and secure installation. It is important to choose the appropriate material depending on the operating conditions and the expected durability of the installation. Solid construction with 1mm thick sheet metal translates into stability and minimizes the risk of mechanical damage during use.
