Cable tray tee – solid branching of the installation

This tee, designated TKDJ100H42, is a key element for effectively branching cable routes. Made of durable steel with a thickness of 1.0 mm, it ensures reliable and durable connection. It is designed for cable trays with a width of 100 mm and a height of 42 mm, guaranteeing a perfect fit and structural stability.

Construction and mounting

The tee is characterized by a horizontal construction, which facilitates cable routing in an optimal way. Mounting is done with SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws – a simple solution that allows for quick and secure installation. The inner radius of 140 mm ensures a smooth transition of cables without excessive stress.

Material and protection

Made of steel, the tee is standardly galvanized by the Sendzimir method (PN-EN 10346:2015-09), which provides high corrosion resistance. Custom versions are also available: steel galvanized by hot-dip method (PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02) for increased protection in harsh environmental conditions and stainless steel for applications requiring the highest chemical and mechanical resistance. Additionally, it is possible to paint in a standard RAL palette, allowing you to match the color to the surroundings.

Application and compliance

The TKDJ100H42 tee is used in electrical, telecommunications installations and building management systems. It performs the function of E-90, which means that it maintains its structural integrity for 90 minutes in the event of a fire (applies to a width of 100 mm). Surface protection by hot-dip galvanizing further increases its resistance to external factors. The product is compatible with cable tray systems with dimensions of 100 mm x 42 mm and does not have a NATO mounting hole arrangement.
