Cable tray tee – reliable installation branching

This tee, made of 1.0 mm thick steel, is a key element in cable tray systems. It serves to effectively branch the cable route, providing flexibility in the design and installation of electrical installations. Thanks to hot-dip galvanizing, it is characterized by high corrosion resistance and ensures long-term reliability even in harsh environmental conditions.

Design and application

The TKDJ150H60 tee is designed for cable trays with a width of 150 mm and a height of 60 mm. Its design allows for easy and quick installation using SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws – which will be appreciated by both installers and those responsible for maintaining the system's efficiency. Integrated connectors eliminate the need for additional mounting elements, simplifying the installation process and reducing costs.

Safety and compliance with standards

This tee features an E90 performance maintenance system, meaning it retains its properties for at least 90 minutes in the event of a fire. It meets the requirements of DIN 4102-12, making it an ideal solution for installations in buildings requiring a high level of fire safety – such as facilities with fire alarm systems, fire alarm systems and emergency lighting equipped with water sprinklers. Versions made of other materials are also available: zinc-plated steel according to PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02 and stainless steel, as well as the possibility of painting in the standard RAL palette.
