Cable tray angle connector – reliable route direction change

This angle connector, made of steel and protected with hot-dip galvanizing, is a key element in cable routing systems. It is used to connect and change the direction of cables in cable trays, ensuring the stability and safety of the installation. Sheet thickness of 1.0 mm guarantees strength and resistance to mechanical loads.

Design and installation

The connector is designed for easy installation. It can be mounted using SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws – standard solutions that facilitate the work of installers. In addition, the ability to break out and bend any section of the connector increases its versatility and allows it to be adapted to specific installation conditions. This is particularly useful when you need to adapt the shape of the cable route to existing infrastructure.

Application and compliance with standards

The product meets the E-90 function, which means it provides protection for cables against high temperature for a specified time in the event of a fire. Made of zinc-coated steel according to PN-EN 10346:2015-09, and optionally available in versions with flake galvanizing (PN-EN ISO 10683:2018-11) or immersion galvanizing (PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02), as well as made of stainless steel. The possibility of painting in the standard RAL palette allows you to match the color of the connector to the surroundings. This allows you to create an aesthetic and functional installation.
