Universal cable holder for installation systems

The UKZ1/UKZO1/8-12 hook-type cable holder is a professional fastening element designed for the secure routing and fastening of cables in various installation systems. The steel construction ensures high mechanical strength and durability in harsh environmental conditions.

Construction and system compatibility

The holder is characterized by its universal application - it works with DKD, DKP, and DKC type cable ladders and KDS wire mesh trays. Additionally, it is compatible with KSP, KSC, and KST self-supporting trays and CMS C-channels. The mounting system based on screwing guarantees a stable connection and easy installation.

The holder's design allows for the fastening of conductors with a diameter of 8-12 mm, making it an ideal solution for a wide range of installation applications. The special geometry of the hook ensures a secure grip on the cable without the risk of damaging the insulation.

Fire protection and E90 certification

A key feature of the product is the E90 integrity maintenance system, which guarantees the retention of fastening functions for a minimum of 90 minutes under fire conditions. This certification is particularly important in installations requiring enhanced fire protection.

The product meets the requirements of standards regarding E30/E90 integrity maintenance during a fire, confirming its suitability for building safety systems. Additionally, it can be used in systems requiring an E30 fire resistance class.

Materials and protective surface

The standard version of the holder is made of steel subjected to zinc flaking in accordance with the PN-EN ISO 10683:2018-11 standard. This type of surface protection provides excellent corrosion resistance and long-term protection against atmospheric factors.

A version made of stainless steel is also available, which is used in environments with increased corrosive aggressiveness or where the highest material durability is required.

For optimal protection of the routed conductors, it is recommended to use the holder together with RO1 protective troughs. This solution provides comprehensive mechanical and chemical protection for the cable installation.

The installation of the holder should be carried out using appropriate fasteners adapted to the type of mounting substrate. Regular inspection of the fastening condition is recommended, especially in applications exposed to vibrations or variable mechanical loads.
