This 415 mm long steel ceiling bracket is a reliable solution for suspending cable routes in electrical installations. The WPCW/WPCO400N bracket is primarily distinguished by meeting the E-90 standard, which means it ensures the continued operation of building equipment for at least 90 minutes in the event of a fire. This is crucial for fire alarm, signaling and emergency lighting systems. This ensures that the installation complies with safety requirements and protects life and property.

Construction and mounting

The bracket features smooth adjustment of the mounting height of the cantilever from the open part of the channel (Y), making it easy to adapt to specific installation needs. Stable mounting of screwed and snap-on cantilevers further increases the safety and reliability of the system. For mounting cantilevers to the open side of the bracket, it is recommended to use channel plates PZC40 or PZC100, and for side holes – spreader plate BR35… Each bracket is supplied with a protective cap NO40x40N included.

Strength and load

The maximum load of the bracket is as high as 17,000 kg, which demonstrates its exceptional strength. Increased strength parameters make it an ideal choice even for demanding applications. It should be remembered that the given parameter applies to one-sided load – in the case of two-sided load, the value should be doubled, maintaining an even distribution of weight. Hot-dip galvanizing provides not only corrosion protection but also increases resistance to mechanical damage.
