The UKZ1/UKZO1/16-22 cable holder is an element used for safe and efficient cable mounting in various cable routing systems. It is compatible with DKD, DKP, DKC ladders, KDS wire mesh trays, KSP, KSC, KST self-supporting trays, and CMS channels. Made of steel, it ensures a solid and durable connection.

This clip-on cable holder is particularly useful during installation in places requiring maintaining circuit integrity in the event of a fire. It performs the function of E-90, which means it ensures the continued operation of devices for at least 90 minutes under fire conditions – crucial for fire alarm, signaling and emergency lighting systems.

Design and application

The holder is mounted to the trays using screws. Its design allows for secure holding of cables with a diameter of 16 to 22 mm. Zinc coating by flake formation (FP) according to PN-EN ISO 10683:2018-11 provides high corrosion resistance and long-term protection against external factors. This makes the holder perfect for both indoor and outdoor installations.

Additionally, the manufacturer – BAKS Kazimierz Sielski – offers the possibility of making the holder from stainless steel to order, which increases its resistance in particularly aggressive environments. It is recommended to use protective gutters RO1 for additional wire protection.
