Construction and user features

The ladder, 200 mm wide and 50 mm high, made of St 37.2 (1.0037) steel, is characterized by a solid construction and high load capacity. Corrosion protection in the form of hot-dip galvanizing provides long-term protection against the effects of atmospheric factors and corrosion – which is particularly important in harsh industrial or outdoor conditions. Side perforation facilitates the mounting of accessories and cable fixing, and the open profile of the side rail provides easy access to cables during maintenance or installation modification. It is particularly worth noting the double perforation in the lower shelf of the rail – it enables double riveting, increasing the stability and safety of the element fastening. The distance between rungs of 300 mm ensures adequate cable ventilation, which affects their lifespan and operational safety.

Application and compatibility

The DKP200H50/3N ladder finds wide application in commercial, industrial buildings and infrastructure installations. It is ideal for routing cable routes in dry and humid rooms, as well as outdoors (after additional impregnation). The possibility of mounting cable hangers UKZ/UKZO... and UKZP... makes the ladder compatible with a wide range of cable management accessories. The ladder length is 3 meters, and its useful cross-section is 6400 mm². The ladder weight is 2.45 kg/m - which facilitates transport and installation. Options for execution from other materials (hot-dip galvanized steel or stainless steel) are also available to order, as well as the possibility of painting in the standard RAL palette.
