Robust cable ladder for demanding installations

The DUP/DUOP400H60/3 N cable ladder is a reliable element of cable routing systems, made of durable steel with a thickness of 1.5 mm. Designed for both industrial and commercial building applications, it provides safe and organized cable routing. Particularly important in places where high resistance to mechanical damage and corrosion is required.

The ladder features an E90 performance maintenance system, which means it retains its integrity for at least 90 minutes in the event of a fire – crucial for the installation of alarm, fire protection and evacuation systems. Made of St 37.2 (1.0037) steel and protected with hot-dip galvanizing, it guarantees long-lasting protection against corrosion even in harsh environmental conditions.

Construction and mounting

The ladder has profiled rungs without perforations and open side rails, making it easy to access cables and conveniently secure them with dedicated UK/UKO... and UKP.... brackets. The distance between the rungs is 300 mm, and the mounting is done with rivets. This makes installation quick and efficient. When mounting ladders horizontally - rungs to the wall, it is recommended to use ladders with double-riveted rungs to the side rail for increased strength.

Additionally, ladders with a length of 2 m and widths of 150 and 250 mm are available to order. It is also possible to manufacture from alternative materials: steel galvanized by immersion method (PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02) or stainless steel and powder coating in any color from the RAL palette.
