Cable ladder elbow – change of route direction
This cable ladder elbow with adjustable angle, made of steel, is used to change the direction of the cable route. It is a key element of cable management systems, providing flexibility and the ability to adapt the installation to specific conditions. Sheet thickness of 2.0 mm guarantees the strength and stability of the structure, which is important for both installers and end users.
Construction and assembly
This elbow has side and bottom perforation, which facilitates the mounting of accessories such as connectors and cable holders. Correct assembly requires LDCH… connectors and SGKM8x14 or SGM8x14 screws (4 sets per elbow). It is important to select appropriate rungs and cable holders, taking into account the ladder symbol when placing an order. Type A rungs (DK…) with UKZ… holders and type B rungs (DU…) with UK… holders are available.
Manufactured from high-quality steel galvanized according to PN-EN 10346:2015-09 ensures corrosion resistance. On request, it can be made of other materials: hot-dip galvanized steel PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02, stainless steel or with powder coating in a standard RAL palette.

The internal radius of the elbow is 420 mm, and the tray height is 50 mm with a width of 300 mm. Surface protection by electro-galvanizing and coating further increases its durability and resistance to external conditions.
