The KDS/KDSO60H60/3 wire mesh cable tray is an element of a cable management system, designed for safe and organized routing of electrical cables. Construction and materials

The tray is characterized by a U-profile with dimensions of 60x60 mm and a length of 3000 mm. It is made of steel, and the surface is protected with galvanized coating – this process guarantees high resistance to corrosion, especially in harsh environmental conditions. Additionally, all wires in the trays are chamfered, which minimizes the risk of damage to cable insulation during installation and operation. The possibility of ordering the tray in other material variants (steel galvanized by immersion method PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02 or stainless steel) and with painting in the RAL palette allows adaptation to specific project requirements.

Application and safety

The KDS/KDSO60H60/3 tray meets the E-90 function, which means that it maintains its load-bearing capacity and structural integrity for 90 minutes in fire conditions. This ensures electrical continuity (confirmed by the VDE Prüf – und Zertifizierungsinstitut GmbH certificate no. 5018795-5430-0001/228892) and installation safety in the event of a fire hazard. The useful cross-section of 2200 mm² allows for the free routing of a larger number of cables. It is a universal solution for applications in commercial, industrial and residential construction.

Installation and additional information

The tray is supplied without connectors, which provides flexibility in choosing the appropriate mounting elements for a specific application. The lightweight construction (0.51 kg/m) facilitates transport and installation. It is worth remembering the possibility of ordering special material variants and painting in selected colors from the RAL palette to perfectly match the tray to the surroundings.
