Made of steel with a galvanized coating, it provides durability and corrosion resistance, which is crucial for both indoor and outdoor installations. The KLIK snap-in system allows for quick and easy installation without tools, reducing working time and increasing efficiency.

The tray is characterized by a useful cross-section of 9400 mm², allowing for the free laying of many cables of different thicknesses. The U-profile provides structural stability, and the high quality of materials guarantees mechanical strength. Importantly, the product performs the E-90 function – maintains its efficiency for 90 minutes in fire conditions, which increases the safety of the entire installation.

Construction and assembly – speed and reliability

The KDSZ200H60/3 tray is distinguished by an innovative connection system without screws. The welded snap-in connectors provide a connection comparable to traditional screw methods, as confirmed by tests. The wires in the tray are chamfered, minimizing the risk of damage to cable insulation during their laying. This makes the assembly not only faster but also safer for the wires.

The weight of the tray is 1.11 kg/m with a length of 3 running meters, a width of 200 mm and a height of 60 mm. The galvanizing process is carried out after welding and bending, which guarantees the highest quality of the anti-corrosion coating and long-term protection against the harmful effects of external factors. The number of lower connectors in trays with widths of 60-200 mm is 1 piece.

It meets the requirements of the E-90 system, which means that it maintains its functionality for a specified time in the event of a fire – crucial for ensuring the safety of people and property. Made of steel with electrolytic/galvanic zinc coating provides high corrosion resistance and durability of the structure even in harsh environmental conditions.
