This PMC/PMCO200 E90 mounting profile is a key element of the cable tray mounting system. Its construction, made of steel and protected with hot-dip galvanizing, guarantees not only durability but also corrosion resistance – even in harsh environmental conditions. This profile is distinguished primarily by its screwless mounting system, which significantly speeds up and simplifies installation work.

Functionality and safety in one

The PMC/PMCO200 E90 profile is designed to maintain the operational continuity of the installation in the event of a fire. It meets the requirements of the E90 system for maintaining functionality in accordance with DIN 4102-12, which means it provides at least 90 minutes of protection for critical devices such as fire alarm, signaling and emergency lighting systems. This is particularly important in buildings equipped with water sprinklers.

Constructional and material features

Made of 1 mm thick steel, the profile is characterized by high rigidity and stability. Perforation on three sides facilitates the mounting of accessories and adaptation to individual installation needs. It is available in a standard finish – hot-dip galvanizing, but on request it can be obtained in a steel version galvanized by immersion or stainless steel, as well as painted in a selected color from the RAL palette. A width of 65 mm and a height of 20 mm make the profile universal and suitable for most standard cable trays. Its length is 273 mm and its weight is 0.72 kg.
