Construction and materials
The bracket is made of steel, guaranteeing high resistance to mechanical loads. The surface is protected with hot-dip galvanizing, which ensures corrosion resistance even in harsh environmental conditions. This makes the bracket perfect for both indoor and outdoor installations. The possibility of manufacturing from various materials (zinc-coated steel according to PN-EN 10346:2015-09, hot-dip galvanized steel according to PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02 or stainless steel) allows it to be adapted to specific project requirements. Additionally, there is an option of painting in a standard RAL palette.
Fire safety – E90 certificate
A key feature of this bracket is its compliance with DIN 4102-12 and possession of an E90 fire performance maintenance system. This means that in the event of a fire, the bracket maintains its load-bearing capacity for at least 90 minutes, which is extremely important for ensuring the continued operation of fire protection systems (fire alarm, fire alerting, emergency lighting) and other critical installations. The maximum safe load is 1900 N, and the width of the supported system is 300 mm. The dimensions of the bracket are 322 mm length, 28 mm width and 115 mm height.
