The reinforced bracket WWS/WWSO400 is a solid solution for mounting cable trays, cable ladders, cable ducts, pipes and other elements of cable systems. Its reinforced construction provides reliable support and safe cable routing. It is an ideal choice for both professional installers and demanding applications in construction.

This bracket is designed to work with cable support systems with a width of 400 mm, offering versatility and easy integration with existing infrastructure. Made of steel, with a hot-dip zinc surface treatment, it guarantees corrosion resistance and long-term operation even in harsh environmental conditions.

Safety and certification

A key feature of this bracket is its compliance with DIN 4102-12 and its E90 fire performance maintenance system. This means that in the event of a fire, the bracket will maintain its load-bearing capacity for at least 90 minutes, which is crucial for ensuring the continued operation of fire protection systems (fire detection, alarm) and emergency lighting. This is important for the safety of people in the building.

In addition, the bracket is characterized by a maximum safe load of 1800 N (Newtons), which confirms its strength and reliability. This ensures that the cable installation will be stable and safe for a long time.

Installation and materials

The bracket is made of steel and is available in various finishing options: steel galvanized by Sendzimir method (PN-EN 10346:2015-09), steel galvanized by hot-dip method (PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02) or stainless steel. Powder coating in a standard RAL palette is also available on request – this allows you to match the element to the aesthetics of a specific installation. Installation is done with a single screw, which significantly speeds up the installation process and reduces labor costs. Increased width allows mounting to the open side of the mounting profile and smooth adjustment of the mounting height.
