Universal C profile for various applications

The reinforced CWC40H40/6 C-channel is a versatile structural element, ideal for both professional installers and end-users. It works well in suspended lighting systems, as well as a base for mounting cable trays and ladders. Its robust construction allows it to be used as a support for a wide range of brackets – from WWSR models, through WW, to WWS/WWSO and many others.

Construction and materials

The profile is made of steel, which guarantees its solidity and durability. It is standardly supplied with hot-dip galvanization, providing high corrosion resistance. The sheet thickness of 2.0 mm translates into high rigidity and load capacity. Custom versions are also available on request: zinc-plated steel by immersion method (option F – for orders over 300m), stainless steel (option E – for sections up to 3m) and powder coating in any color from the RAL palette (option L). Choosing the right material allows you to adapt the profile to specific environmental conditions and project requirements.

Installation and flexibility

The profile length is 6 meters, which facilitates its transport and adaptation to different needs. The possibility of ordering any sections up to 6 meters allows minimizing waste and adapting the elements to a specific installation layout. For mounting the C-channel with a connector, it is recommended to use SGKM10x16 or SGM10x16 screws. The CWC40H40/6 profile has been designed with European dimensional standards in mind, ensuring compatibility with other installation elements.
