Construction and materials

The profile is made of steel, which provides high mechanical strength. It is standardly supplied with hot-dip galvanization, which effectively protects against corrosion, even in harsh environmental conditions. The sheet thickness of 2.0 mm translates to stiffness and resistance to loads. Additionally, on request, a version made of zinc-coated steel (PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02) or stainless steel is available, allowing you to adapt the material to specific project requirements. Painting in the standard RAL palette is also possible.

Mounting and compatibility

The profile length is 2000 mm, and the cross-section dimensions are 40 mm wide and 35 mm high. These dimensions are adapted to European standards, which facilitates integration with other installation elements. For mounting the C-channel with a connector, it is recommended to use SGKM8x14 or SGM8x14 screws. For larger orders, it is possible to produce sections up to 6 meters long – this solution optimizes the installation process and reduces the number of connections. The weight of a single profile is 3.02 kg.
