Construction and application

The profile is made of steel with a thickness of 1.5 mm, which ensures its appropriate strength and rigidity. Hot-dip galvanizing protects it against corrosion, guaranteeing long-term operation even in harsh environmental conditions. A length of 2000 mm makes it easy to adapt to specific installation needs. The width and height of the profile are 40 mm, which affects its versatility and possibility of use in various configurations.

Safety and compliance with standards

This C-channel is distinguished by the E90 performance maintenance system, which means that it retains its properties for at least 90 minutes in the event of a fire – in accordance with DIN 4102-12. This is of key importance for the safety of installations in buildings requiring a high level of fire protection, especially where fire alarm systems, fire alarms and emergency lighting with water sprinklers are installed. Options are also available for execution with other materials: zinc-plated steel by immersion method (option F – for orders above 300 m) or stainless steel (option E – for sections up to 3 m). For mounting the C-channel with a connector, SGKM10x16 or SGM10x16 screws are recommended.
