Importantly, the USSN/USSO bracket meets the requirements of the E90 system for maintaining operational efficiency – meaning it ensures at least 90 minutes of functionality of devices in the event of a fire. This is crucial for the installation of fire alarm, emergency and evacuation lighting systems.
Selection of bracket quantity – practical tips
The correct selection of the number of brackets directly affects the stability and safety of the entire installation. Recommendations regarding the number of brackets depending on the height (H) and width of the tray:
For trays with a height of H35, use 2 USSN/USSO brackets for a width of 35-50 mm, 3 brackets for a width of 100 mm and 4 brackets for a width of 200-300 mm.
For trays with a height of H60, it is recommended to use 2 USSN/USSO brackets for a width of 60 mm, 3 brackets for a width of 100 mm, 4 brackets for a width of 200-400 mm and 5 brackets for a width of 500-600 mm.
For trays with a height of H110, it is recommended to use 3 USSN/USSO brackets for a width of 100 mm, 4 brackets for a width of 200-400 mm and 5 brackets for a width of 500-600 mm.
Remember to additionally secure the bottom of the fitting to the wire mesh tray – in accordance with the project and the load of the route. This additional security will ensure maximum structural stability.
Additionally, the manufacturer offers the production of brackets from other materials – stainless steel (E), flake zinc coating (FP) or powder coating in a RAL palette (L). This allows you to adapt the brackets to specific project requirements and environmental conditions.
