Cover for cable tray tee PTKJ300 – protection and functionality

The cover is designed for cable tray tees with a width of 300 mm, made of steel with a thickness of 1.0 mm. It serves to protect cables from mechanical damage, dust and weather conditions, including UV radiation. This simple solution significantly extends the life of the installation and ensures its reliability.

The cover is available in various material versions, allowing it to be adapted to the specific requirements of the project: zinc-coated steel using the Sendzimir method (S), hot-dip galvanized steel (F) on request or stainless steel (E). Additionally, it is possible to paint the cover in any color from the RAL palette.

Application and safety

The PTKJ300 cover is particularly important in systems maintaining the functionality of E90 according to DIN 4102-12. This means that it provides at least 90 minutes of protection for critical devices in the event of a fire – such as fire alarm systems, fire alarm systems and emergency lighting, especially where sprinkler systems are installed. The galvanized surface provides high corrosion resistance, which is crucial in demanding industrial and construction environments.
