Cable tray – a solid foundation for installation

The KCJ/KCOJ300H60/3 cable tray is an element of a cable routing system, designed for safe and organized routing of electrical cables. Made of steel with a thickness of 1.0 mm, with hot-dip galvanizing, it provides high corrosion resistance and durability even in harsh environmental conditions. The length of the tray is 3 meters, and its dimensions (300 mm wide and 60 mm high) allow for use in various installations.

Construction and mounting

The tray is characterized by side and bottom perforation, which facilitates the mounting of accessories and suspension of the structure. Holes in the bottom with a diameter of 8.5 mm allow the tray to be attached to an M8 rod. The connectorless system – based on sliding one element into another and screwing with screws – significantly speeds up installation and ensures the stability of the entire installation. It is worth remembering that when using substitutes with a different height, all elements of the system should be selected according to the same parameter.

Safety and application

The tray meets the E-90 function, which means that it ensures the continued operation of devices in the building for at least 90 minutes in the event of a fire. This makes it an ideal solution for installing fire alarm systems, fire alarm systems and emergency lighting. Galvanized steel guarantees not only mechanical strength, but also resistance to atmospheric and chemical factors. The possibility of making from various materials (steel galvanized by Sendzimir or immersion method and stainless steel) allows you to adapt the tray to specific project requirements.
