The KCL/KCOL200H60/3 N cable tray is a robust solution for cable routing, made of steel with a thickness of 0.7 mm. The product is characterized by high corrosion resistance thanks to hot-dip galvanizing, which ensures long-term operation even in harsh environmental conditions. Side and bottom perforation facilitates the mounting of accessories and fixing the tray to the substrate.

The tray meets the requirements of class E90, which means that it maintains its efficiency for at least 90 minutes in the event of a fire – crucial for ensuring the continuous operation of fire protection, alarm and evacuation systems. The integrated connector allows for quick and easy installation of the tray sections without the need for additional connecting elements.

Construction and materials:

The tray is made of steel, and various finishing options are available: steel galvanized by Sendzimir method (S), steel galvanized by immersion method (F) or stainless steel (E). The weight of the tray is 1.63 kg/m with a length of 3000 mm, a width of 200 mm and a height of 60 mm. Thanks to the mounting perforation in the bottom part and the possibility of using SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws, it is possible to firmly attach it to the substrate. The connectorless system further simplifies the installation process. It is worth remembering that when using substitutes with a different height, all elements of the system should be selected according to the same parameter.
