Cable tray perforated – a solid solution for cable routing

The KCP/KCOP200H60/3 tray, made of 1.5 mm thick steel, is a reliable element of the cable routing system. Designed for use in both electrical installations and fire alarm systems, it provides safe and organized cable management. Its side and bottom perforation facilitates the mounting of accessories and suspension of the tray on an M8 rod (for widths of 50 mm). The product meets the requirements of class E90, which means the ability to maintain the functionality of devices in the building for at least 90 minutes in the event of a fire.

Construction and application

The tray is characterized by dimensions of 200 mm width and 60 mm height. It is made of steel and protected with hot-dip galvanizing – which guarantees high corrosion resistance and long-term operation even in harsh environmental conditions. The lack of cutouts in the tray side requires the use of dedicated connectors for connections. The useful cross-section of 11800 mm² allows for the free routing of a large number of cables.

When installing, remember to use SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws. If substitutes of a different height are used, all elements of the system must be selected taking this parameter into account. The tray is available in a standard length of 3 meters and weighs 3.25 kg/m. Thanks to the perforation, it allows easy suspension on an M8 rod (for trays with a width of 50mm). It is worth noting the option of making the tray from stainless steel or with a RAL paint coating – available on request.
