Metal cable tray

This is a metal tray with a width of 300 mm and a height of 60 mm, made of steel with a thickness of 0.7 mm. The product is designed for efficient and safe cable routing in electrical installations. It is characterized by high strength and resistance to mechanical damage, ensuring long-term protection of cables. Side and bottom mounting perforations facilitate installation and mounting of accessories.

The tray has a hot-dip galvanized surface treatment, which increases its resistance to corrosion and weathering. The useful cross-section of 17800 mm² allows for the free laying of a large number of cables. Made of high-quality steel, the tray is solid and durable, and its weight (2.23 kg/m) indicates the use of appropriate material thickness.

Application and structural features

The KGL/KGOL300H60/3 tray is particularly recommended for applications requiring maintaining circuit integrity in the event of a fire. It has an E90 performance maintenance system, which means that it maintains its protective properties for at least 90 minutes during a fire – crucial for fire alarm, signaling and emergency lighting devices. The trays are joined by sliding and screwing, which significantly speeds up installation. The maximum load of the tray is 20 kg/m with a maximum support of 1.5 meters.

The integrated connector makes it easy to create continuous cable routes without the need for additional connecting elements. The lack of a cover allows easy access to cables during installation and maintenance. Side perforations allow mounting additional accessories, such as cable holders or partitions.
