Galvanized steel cable tray – a solid foundation for cable installations

This cable tray, 100 mm wide and 42 mm high, made of 0.7 mm thick steel, is a reliable solution for routing cables in electrical installations. It provides safe and organized cable routing, protecting them from mechanical damage and external factors. Its construction, based on hot-dip galvanizing, guarantees corrosion resistance, which is particularly important in harsh environmental conditions.

The tray is characterized by versatile applications – thanks to the side and bottom perforation, it allows for easy mounting of accessories and suspension on a single threaded rod (up to 200 mm wide). The connectorless system, based on overlapping and screwing with SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws, speeds up installation and ensures durable connections. Deep embossing on the bottom of the tray increases its strength and also prevents damage to cables during pulling.

Construction and installation – well-thought-out solutions for professionals

The tray has been designed with installers in mind. The widened end facilitates the connection of subsequent elements, and the cut-out at the end allows one tray to be inserted into another without the need for additional connectors. Dense perforation with embossing not only ensures excellent heat dissipation but also allows mounting the tray on BAKS company brackets anywhere. Longitudinal and transverse embossing minimizes the risk of damage to cables during their installation. In addition, the special shape of the upper edge embossing ensures a secure snap-on of the covers (available separately), and the possibility of securing them with ZPN... or ZAP1 clips increases the safety of the installation.

The tray is available in a standard length of 2000 mm and has a useful cross-section of 4000 mm². Its weight is approximately 0.99 kg/m. The material is steel, and the surface protection is hot-dip galvanizing – a guarantee of long-term corrosion protection.
