Cable tray support clamp

The UD1 support clamp is an element used for solid and safe suspension of cable routes to steel structures, utilizing channels. It is a solution particularly useful during the installation of cable systems in industrial, commercial and public facilities. Made of steel, it provides strength and reliability of the connection.

Construction and application

The clamp design allows for mounting by screwing, which ensures stability and ease of installation. Thanks to the permissible load of up to 4000 N, the clamp is able to support significant weights of cable routes. It is not intended for use with wire mesh cable trays, cable ladders or cable ducts.

Additionally, the UD1 clamp is available in various finishing options:

• Standard: flake zinc plating (FP) according to PN-EN ISO 10683:2018-11 – provides corrosion resistance.

• On request:

  • Made of stainless steel (E) – ideal for aggressive environments and requiring high hygiene.

  • Painting in a standard RAL palette (L) – allows you to match the color to the surroundings and aesthetics of the installation.
