External Vertical Bends – Change in Cable Route Direction

This external vertical bend, made of steel, is designed for efficient redirection of cable routes. It is compatible with cable trays measuring 600 mm in width and 120 mm in height. Its adjustable angle allows customization to meet specific installation requirements.

Construction and Installation

The bend is manufactured from 1.5 mm thick sheet steel. Various material options are available: Sendzimir-zinc-coated steel (standard, compliant with PN-EN 10346:2015-09), hot-dip galvanized steel (on request, compliant with PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02), and stainless steel (on request). Additionally, powder coating in standard RAL colors is available upon request.

Installation of the bend requires 4 LDCH… connectors and 16 sets of screws SGKM8x14 or SGM8x14. The bend’s design enables mounting of cable clips of types UK/UKO… and UKP…, facilitating organized and secure cable management within the trays.
