Universal element for installation mounting

CMP41H41/3MC mounting channel is a versatile steel profile, ideal for use in electrical and construction installations. It is suitable for suspending lighting, as well as a structural element for mounting cable trays and cable ladders. Thanks to its construction, it provides solid support for various brackets – from the WWSR series, through WW, to WMC/WMCO.

Construction and material – durability and resistance

The profile is made of S250GD steel, coated with Magnelis®. This combination provides high corrosion resistance and long-term reliability, even in harsh environmental conditions. Sheet thickness of 1.5 mm guarantees adequate stiffness and strength of the structure. The use of Magnelis® steel is a key advantage of this product – it provides significantly better corrosion protection than traditional galvanizing.

Application and compatibility

CMP41H41/3MC channel finds wide application in:

• Suspending lamps and lighting fixtures.
• Mounting cable trays and cable ladders.
• Construction of supporting structures for brackets (WWSR, WW, WWS/WWSO, WU/WUO, WWSN, WS, WZS, WSZN – for thickness ≥ 2mm, WTL, WWT, WPL, WPT, WMCN, WMC/WMCO).
• Installations requiring a load-bearing element with high strength.

For mounting the channel with a connector, it is recommended to use SGFM10x20 or SGKFM10x20 screws. The profile length is 3000 mm and its dimensions are 41 mm x 41 mm. The profile is zinc colored.
